Registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting is open now!

The Delaware Invasive Species Council’s Annual Meeting covers a wide range of topics, including Delaware’s ecological communities, habitat restoration projects, invasive species impacts and control efforts, funding opportunities, and more! Join government agencies, academic institutions, non-profit organizations, community leaders, and others for an excellent collaborative opportunity. As always, continuing education credits for Delaware’s pesticide license holders will be available.  

Topics will include:

• Overview of Delaware’s diverse ecological habitats
• Volunteer invasive plant control work in Brandywine Park
• DNREC Fish and Wildlife’s aquatic vegetation control program
• Habitat management and restoration at Kendall Crosslands Community
• DNREC Fish and Wildlife’s tick biology program.
• Delaware’s Forest Resiliency Fund
• And more!

This year’s meeting will be held at Harvest Ridge Winery, at 447 Westville Rd, Marydel, DE 19964. 

Doors open at 8:30 am and the conference will begin at 9:00 am. A ticket to this event includes attendance, lunch, continuing education credits, and an annual membership to DISC for 2027. 

Space is limited. Registration at the door is not available.
